What to Expect:
A sound healing session is an immersive experience that harnesses the therapeutic power of sound frequency and vibration to promote relaxation and well-being. By using specific tones and frequencies, we stimulate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, which controls the body’s “rest and digest” functions, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation. The resonant vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and gongs encourage the brain to shift into lower-frequency brainwave states, like alpha and theta.

A Quick Note for Your Comfort
Every wellness sound bath session is all about helping you relax and feel your best! However, if you’re:
Pregnant,
Have serious spinal injuries,
Have epilepsy,
Feeling unwell,
Uncomfortable with auditory stimulation
it might not be the right time to join us. Take care of yourself first, and we’ll be here to welcome you when you’re ready! Your comfort and well-being mean everything to us.

Not at all! A sound bath experience is open to everyone, no prior experience required.

There’s no specific dress code—just come in whatever makes you comfortable, especially for lying down. Many participants choose loose, relaxed clothing. We do recommend bringing a blanket, jacket or shawl to stay cozy, as your body may cool down as you relax deeply.

For hygiene purpose, bring along a pillow to support your neck if you wish.

Simply make yourself comfortable:) By lying down or sitting in a relaxed position, on the yoga mat. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and allow the sounds to wash over you. There’s no need to “do” anything—simply allow yourself to experience whatever that takes place. Let the vibrations guide you into a state of relaxation. Some people enjoy focusing on their breath, setting an intention, or visualizing peaceful scenes, Simply tune into the sound, and allow your body and mind to take in the frequencies and vibrations.

During a sound bath session, the skilled sound therapist will guide you through gentle grounding and breathing practices to ease into calmness as we prepare for the sound healing journey. During the session, we will use a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, to create a multi-sensory experience. Simply lay back, close your eyes, and let the harmonious sounds guide you to a state of deep relaxation.
