Private Group Soundbath Booking
Friendship . Kinship. Love
A soulful way to celebrate, reconnect, and rest — together
Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, holiday gathering, or a long-overdue catch-up, a private small-group sound journey offers a gentle, restorative way to gather with the people who matter most. Think of it as a slow exhale together — a pause from the busyness of life, where the mind can quiet and the body can soften.
Ideal for:
Friends craving a quieter, more meaningful way to bond
Couples or Families looking to connect through presence instead of plans
Communities holding space for softness, joy, and rest
Women’s circles or team retreats looking to recharge
Anyone who feels deeply and seeks beauty in the slow moments
What to expect
In a peaceful, intimate setting, you and your guests will be guided through a calming soundscape using Himalayan singing bowls, ocean drums, crystal bowls, and other gentle instruments.
There is no pressure, no agenda — just a shared experience of presence, stillness, and ease. Some participants drift into sleep, others remain aware but deeply relaxed, and many notice physical tension melting away while mental chatter softens.
Each session is carefully held and practitioner-led, with space for curiosity, reflection, and gentle exploration of the sound instruments if you wish.
A guest’s reflection
"I had a deeply calming and grounding experience at Carrie’s sound bath session. Her home studio is beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil, creating a sense of safety the moment you step in. Carrie explained clearly what a sound bath is and gently introduced how sound waves interact with the parasympathetic nervous system, which helped me feel grounded and at ease.
She went the extra mile to make a birthday celebration truly special. During the sound bath, I drifted into a deep slumber. When I woke, I felt noticeably lighter, and even a dull ache I had been carrying had eased. Carrie created a nurturing, well-held environment, allowing us to explore the instruments at the end. I left feeling calm, lighter, and deeply cared for."

How Sound Therapy Can Help
Sound Healing is an effective practice that uses sound and vibrations to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Sound has the power to engage both sides of the brain, boosting creativity and inspiration while also activating the hippocampus, a key region for memory. On a physical level, it promotes deep relaxation, with sound waves easily traveling through the body, which, being largely made up of water, naturally conducts sound efficiently.
Incorporating Sound Healing in your routine can:
Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Studies have shown that sound healing can significantly lower stress levels. And stress is one of the leading causes of burnt-out, which can increase absenteeism, anxiety, and decreased job satisfaction. Find out more from psychologytoday.com
Improve Mental Clarity: Participants often report enhanced focus and mental clarity after sessions improving cognitive ability
Stress Reduction: Calms the mind and helps regulate stress responses
Emotional Balance: Soothes anxiety, improves mood, and fosters resilience
Improved Sleep: Encourages better rest, reducing burnout risk
Team Bonding: Creates shared experiences of mindfulness and calm
