I was always curious to know how sound bath would affect my body and how it will react to it. But the true intention was to find inner peace with where I'm at. I felt like the session was a good way to have uninterrupted time to do just that with the help of guided sounds and in a safe, space held by Carrie. I genuinely enjoyed how the sounds were gradual. It started with calming, nature-like sounds to transport me to a peaceful place where the water flows freely. And the moment the lighter bowls were played, I felt relief. The burdens lightened up and I could truly relax again. There's something so magical about allowing energy and sounds flow through you and I would recommend everyone to try it at least once, after a long, lethargic week to wind down and open your heart to a new experience.

I came for my friend's birthday soundbath with an open mind, simply ready to enjoy — and left feeling completely recharged. It had been a long, exhausting week, and this was exactly the kind of reset my body and mind needed. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more present, and even noticed my face was glowing! The entire experience was so soothing, and the addition of the hammocks truly took it to the next level. It was a beautiful, well-held space — one I’d happily return to again

How Sound Therapy Can Help
Sound Healing is an effective practice that uses sound and vibrations to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Sound has the power to engage both sides of the brain, boosting creativity and inspiration while also activating the hippocampus, a key region for memory. On a physical level, it promotes deep relaxation, with sound waves easily traveling through the body, which, being largely made up of water, naturally conducts sound efficiently.
Incorporating Sound Healing in your routine can:
Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Studies have shown that sound healing can significantly lower stress levels. And stress is one of the leading causes of burnt-out, which can increase absenteeism, anxiety, and decreased job satisfaction. Find out more from psychologytoday.com
Improve Mental Clarity: Participants often report enhanced focus and mental clarity after sessions improving cognitive ability
Stress Reduction: Calms the mind and helps regulate stress responses
Emotional Balance: Soothes anxiety, improves mood, and fosters resilience
Improved Sleep: Encourages better rest, reducing burnout risk
Team Bonding: Creates shared experiences of mindfulness and calm
