Private 1-to-1 Soundbath Booking
designed to help you release tension, settle your nervous system, and return to deep, natural rest.
1-to-1 Sound Therapy for Deep Rest & Nervous System Reset
For those who feel constantly “on”, yet find it hard to truly rest.
This is a private, personalised sound therapy session designed to help your body slow down, release built-up tension, and return to a more regulated, grounded state.
Using Himalayan singing bowls, gong, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments and intuitive pacing, the session works through vibration and rhythm — helping to calm the nervous system, ease muscular tightness, and create the conditions for deeper rest.
Many people notice that they are able to relax without effort, and often experience improved sleep or a quieter mind after the session. Read more about this in our recent post and findings on how sound healing can support sleep.
Who this is for?
This session may support you if:
you feel mentally, emotionally tired and restless, but your mind stays active
you’ve been having lighter or disrupted sleep
your body feels tense even when you’re resting
you tend to overthink, especially at night
you’ve been pushing through, and haven’t had a real pause
It is also for those who simply feel the need to rest — even if they cannot fully explain why.

I wanted to feel the relaxation of the body again, release the tension. My physical and emotional states were prominent. I came to the session with body pain, feeling nausea and anxiety. Left feeling relaxed and calm. Tibetan bowls sound bath became a game changer for my struggle with anxiety. It helps me to relax and calm down with ease.

Thank you Carrie for a great private sound therapy session at the comfort of home! She uses the Tibetan Himalayan singing bowls and her bowls are really good too. It was a gentle yet powerful session. I really love how she curate the private 1-to-1 session. Carrie is an incredibly intuitive practitioner as she adapts her approach to my reactions. She’s really professional and genuine in making sure that I feel comfortable and relax throughout the session. I have chronic shoulder aches and lower back aches, and she was able to focus more on those areas. The tension on my shoulders and lower back was relieved. And I felt lighter and happier, and less overwhelmed than I was before session. Definitely worth getting private sessions! Amazing and grateful to know this sound therapy treatment with Carrie.

I had hip bone joint pain for several months, despite seeing tcm therapy my pain still persist. After the first soundbath session I felt good as I'm able to walk quite a distance without having to take break and able to fold my legs at ease. It's a great enjoyable session. During the session I could feel there's a energy flowing to my hip joint and had about three times that the hip is like being lifted. I just follow the flow with it. Felt good after it.

Why 1-to-1 Sessions Are Different
Unlike group sessions, this is a fully personalised experience.
The pace, sound, and space are adjusted based on what your body needs — allowing for a deeper and more intentional reset. The session may also be customised for vibroacoustic therapy, brainwave entrainment, or Harmonising balancing.
This is especially supportive if you:
Feel easily overwhelmed in group settings
Are going through a particularly stressful period
Need a more focused, individualised approach
The soundwaves works not just as something you hear, but something you feel — helping to:
Slow down brainwave activity
Ease physical tension
Support a shift into a parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) state
Many people enter a deeply relaxed, meditative state — somewhere between sleep and awareness.
What to expect
Each session begins with a short check-in so I can understand how best to support you that day.
You will then lie down comfortably while I guide you through a sound journey using singing bowls and other gentle instruments. The session is paced to allow your body and mind to gradually settle at their own rhythm.
There is nothing you need to do during the session. Some people drift into sleep, while others remain aware but deeply relaxed.
Before booking
Because each session is personalised, I’ll ask you to complete a short intake form after you select your time slot. It takes about 2–3 minutes, and helps me understand how to support you more thoughtfully during the session.

How Sound Therapy Can Help
Sound Healing is an effective practice that uses sound and vibrations to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Sound has the power to engage both sides of the brain, boosting creativity and inspiration while also activating the hippocampus, a key region for memory. On a physical level, it promotes deep relaxation, with sound waves easily traveling through the body, which, being largely made up of water, naturally conducts sound efficiently.
Incorporating Sound Healing in your routine can:
Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Studies have shown that sound healing can significantly lower stress levels. And stress is one of the leading causes of burnt-out, which can increase absenteeism, anxiety, and decreased job satisfaction. Find out more from psychologytoday.com
Improve Mental Clarity: Participants often report enhanced focus and mental clarity after sessions improving cognitive ability
Stress Reduction: Calms the mind and helps regulate stress responses
Emotional Balance: Soothes anxiety, improves mood, and fosters resilience
Improved Sleep: Encourages better rest, reducing burnout risk
Team Bonding: Creates shared experiences of mindfulness and calm
