Hello you, our signature friday sound bath now happens every 4th Friday of the month with a change of location to home studio 734 Upper Changi Road East (5mins walk from Upper Changi MRT).
A Sound healing session is an immersive experience that harness the therapeutic power of sound frequency and vibration to promote relaxation and well-being. By using specific tones and frequencies, we stimulate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system. This system controls the body’s “rest and digest” functions, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
The resonant vibrations from instruments - singing bowls and gongs - encourage the brain to shift into lower-frequency brainwave states, like alpha and theta.
Private session at your home can be arranged, or if you had like to have your own private group session, let me know!

Session Details
Time: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (please arrive on time for a complete experience)
Location: 734 Upper Changi Road East, Singapore 486862 (full address and traveling details will be given couple of days before session)
Entry: $50/pax
Spaces are intentionally kept small at 4pax, and early registration is encouraged. Please know that we have a free-roaming resident cat at home, he will not be joining the session, though you might see him at the entrance. Do take note if you happen to have allergies to cats. Not at all! A sound bath experience is open to everyone, no prior experience required.

There’s no specific dress code—just come in whatever makes you comfortable, especially for lying down. Many participants choose loose, relaxed clothing. Blankets will be provided to keep you cozy, as your body may cool down as you relax deeply.

Pillow will be provided for your added comfort. If you wish to bring your own, that’s fine too. Please do let me know for logistics and transports purposes.

Simply make yourself comfortable:) By lying down or sitting in a relaxed position, on your yoga mat. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and allow the sounds to wash over you. There’s no need to “do” anything—simply allow yourself to experience whatever that takes place. Let the vibrations guide you into a state of relaxation. Some people enjoy focusing on their breath, setting an intention, or visualizing peaceful scenes, Simply tune into the sound, and allow your body and mind to take in the frequencies and vibrations.
