Workshop - Self Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls

A Journey to Stillness, Harmony, and Inner Listening

Dear you:)

Thank you for signing up for this special workshop.
This space is created for you — a gentle pause in your week to reconnect with yourself through sound, presence, and mindful awareness.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use Himalayan Singing Bowls not only as instruments of sound, but as tools for self-healing, stress relief, and meditation. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll leave with practical ways to bring balance into your daily life.

What You’ll Experience

  • Guided Learning: Understand the origins, materials, and therapeutic principles behind Himalayan Singing Bowls.

  • Hands-On Practice: Learn foundational techniques for tapping, rimming, and intuitive play.

  • Self-Healing Applications: Explore how vibration supports your nervous system through vibroacoustic therapy

  • Meditative Integration: Experience a deeply restorative group sound meditation using multiple instruments

  • Reflection & Sharing: Time for journaling, discussion, and personal insight.

What to Bring

  • An open heart and curious mind

  • Comfortable clothing (something you can move and relax in)

  • A water bottle—stay hydrated before and after the session

  • Journal or notebook for reflection (A hardcopy of the course notes will be provided with blank pages)

  • (Optional) Your own singing bowl, if you have one — otherwise, bowls will be provided.

  • I felt incredibly rejuvenated afterward. It was like I had slept for 20 hours—my body was totally relaxed. One of the most interesting parts was feeling the vibration of the beats from the singing bowls, which was such a unique and soothing sensation. I loved it.

  • The session with Carrie was quite an out of body experience! I experienced a state of deep relaxation and inner calm. It feels as though the stress begins to melts away, leaving a sense of lightness and clarity. At the end of the session, one can’t help but feel some release of inner tension and mental clutter. It leaves you feeling rejuvenated, energised.
