Private Event
Hello Yong Qing & friends:)
A Journey Into Sound: 60-min Sound Bath Experience
A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience where you are “bathed” in the soothing sound frequencies and vibrations of instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.
You simply lie down comfortably with a mat, pillow, and blanket, close your eyes, and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you. There is no movement or effort needed — just rest. A sound bath is an invitation to pause, let go, and receive. The sounds create the conditions for healing and balance; all you need to do is rest.
The Power of Sound
For centuries, cultures around the world have used sound and vibration as a form of healing. The harmonious tones of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes don’t just create music; they interact with your body on a cellular level, helping to:
Reduce stress and tension
Soothe the nervous system
Encourage deep rest and better sleep
Restore emotional and energetic balance
What to Expect as a First-Timer
Comfort: Wear clothing you can relax in; you may sit or lie down.
Experience: Some people enter a meditative state, some nap, others feel gentle tingling, warmth, or emotional release. Every session is unique.
Body–Mind Connection: Sound works through vibration, which travels through every cell of the body. This helps release muscular tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage deeper breathing. At the same time, the rhythmic tones quiet mental chatter, ease anxiety, and restore emotional balance.
After the Session: Most people leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and reconnected with themselves — like hitting the reset button for body and mind.
Preparing for Your Experience
To fully immerse yourself in the session, we recommend bringing:
A water bottle—stay hydrated before and after the session
An open heart and mind—this is a time for you to simply be
A shawl or jacket to keep yourself warm
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
Eye cover, pillow, blanket will be provided

I felt incredibly rejuvenated afterward. It was like I had slept for 20 hours—my body was totally relaxed. One of the most interesting parts was feeling the vibration of the beats from the singing bowls, which was such a unique and soothing sensation. I loved it.

The session with Carrie was quite an out of body experience! I experienced a state of deep relaxation and inner calm. It feels as though the stress begins to melts away, leaving a sense of lightness and clarity. At the end of the session, one can’t help but feel some release of inner tension and mental clutter. It leaves you feeling rejuvenated, energised.
